Best of Fitness Blender: Legs and Booty

Back in March, we were ready to bring a fresh outlook to our exercise routine.  It's good to switch things up and I was interested to see if we could get just as good of a workout in a shorter amount of time like they say.  (Whoever "they" are)

This is why Fitness Blender is such an awesome site.  I can look to see what is of interest to me and there are a variety of lengths as well...anywhere from 10, 20, 30 and 60 minutes.  I also noticed from the survey I took here last month, that many said they didn't exercise consistently so I wanted to give you a good resource for kick butt at home workouts!

Over the next couple of weeks, I'll share some of my favorite workouts from the website so you can try them too or look for others that are better suited to your tastes.  Lets get to it!

Brutal Butt & Thigh Workout - 30 Minute Lower Body Sculpting  (I definitely do some rolling with The Stick after ones like this to help reduce the soreness the next day)

Natural Brazilian Butt Lift Round 2 - Thigh Shaping, Butt Lifting Workout (25 minutes.  Since this is a floor workout, it helps if you can have it on your laptop/tablet so you can still see it when you're down there.)

Glute, Inner Thigh & Outer Thigh Workout  (38 Minutes.  This one alternates between floor and standing)

Fitness Blender's Lean Mean Legs Workout (37 Minutes.  Alternates between floor and standing.  This uses a lot of core strength and balance)

56 Minute SweatFest Butt and Thigh Cardio Workout  (For any jumps, I modify by coming up on my toes.  Mama ain't jumpin')

The other great thing about this site is because it's free, you can take it with you when you travel!   So no excuses for not having any workouts at your fingertips if you want something more formal than walking or running.

(This post contains one affiliate link.  Should you buy through it, I will get a nominal kickback to help cover blog expenses.  I am in no way affiliated with Fitness Blender, I'm just blogging about them because we use their awesome workouts all the time and in their support us section they encourage word of mouth to keep it free.)
